Woke up sore. Biked to the gym. Did a cycle class. Biked home. Still sore. :) Disney World tomorrow! :D
Headed to the gym for Body Pump to realize there was no class on account of it being a holiday.
Spent some time on the rowing machine, then did squats, dead lifts, shoulder presses, pull ups, lunges, and planks. Felt good. :)
No gym today either. Met up with a friend to go over some editing stuff, then talked with a good friend who told me some fantastic news. Edited the video and then relaxed. I feel like I should have gone to the gym. Ah well. Tomorrow is Body Pump. Then Tuesday is Cycle. Wednesday is Disney World! After that it’s Dallas (more than likely).
I’ve been feeling very blah lately. Like I haven’t been doing enough to keep maintaining my figure. Eating bad. Haven’t exercised in a few days. I don’t like it. There has been so much stuff going on. Lubbock, Disney World, going to Dallas… No time for the gym.
Note that it says nothing about weight or body size! Positive attitude and focusing on health; that’s all you need.
